Klatch Coffee Reviews

I genuinely like the coffee from Klatch, so the issue isn’t with the beans at all. Compared to a couple other coffee subscriptions I’ve used, though, this one felt a lot less flexible when I tried to make basic changes like adjusting the delivery timing or swapping to a different coffee.

I expected pausing or tweaking the order to be straightforward, but I ended up clicking around more than I wanted and still wasn’t totally sure what actually saved. If I’m going to keep a subscription going, it needs to feel easy to manage, and this one just didn’t. I probably won’t stick with it

I was able to check out without any real issues, though I did notice the pages took a bit longer to load than I expected. Not a huge problem, I guess, but it did make the ordering process feel a little slower than it needed to be

I ordered a bag from klatchcoffee.com and, yeah, I’m totally calm about it, but the beans really didn’t taste fresh at all. When I opened the bag, the aroma was flat, which wasn’t a great sign. I tried brewing it a couple different ways, hoping it would improve, but the coffee still came out dull every time. Maybe I just got an older bag or something, but for the price, I was expecting a lot better. Not exactly thrilled, but sure, it’s fine.

Klatch just feels like good coffee for the price. I’ve definitely spent more on bags that tasted kind of flat, and my gut says this is a much better deal for what you’re getting.
The shipping does add a little, but if I order a couple bags at once, it doesn’t bother me much. The coffee shows up fresh, tastes good, and overall I don’t really have anything to complain about...

I really enjoyed the coffee, it tasted fresh, smooth, and had a nice flavor to it. I tried the medium roast and thought it was really solid overall. The only downside is the price, which feels a bit higher than it needs to be. That part seems avoidable, but the coffee itself is definitely good...

The bag showed up dented, which was disappointing. I guess it’s still usable, so I’m not going to make a huge deal out of it, but I definitely expected it to arrive in better shape.

I emailed twice about my order and never got a response, which felt really disappointing. I get that things can get busy, but when no one replies at all, it makes you feel like your order doesn’t matter. It was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d want to order again

I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I’m torn writing this. When it’s good, I really enjoy it, but the roast has been all over the place lately. Every bag I’ve gotten tastes a little different, and not in a good way. I keep coming back hoping it was just a one-off, but the consistency just isn’t there.

I stopped by this cafe it just felt a bit uncomfortable. The staff weren’t exactly rude, but they came across cold, so the whole vibe felt a little off. Maybe it was just an off day, but yeah, not the warmest visit...

I’ve ordered a few times now, and it seems like it always shows up really quickly and in good shape. Can’t say for sure every single time will be the same, but so far it’s been great.
